A memo is a simple formatted text has more than one line. The user can define the memo in one color or font. If you want to display and print the complex & sophisticated text, please use 'Rich Text Format' element.

The following options are available:

Listbox:

The listbox is used to input the memo text.

Unit:

There are three units available (mm, inch & character) for the display of the ruler of listbox.

Font:

Selects the font for the element.

Color:

Defines the background color for the element (the font color can be set with the "Font" button).

Alignment:

The element's text can be aligned left, right or centered.

Automatic word-wrap:

The option is to set a text to wrap to a frame if the text does not fit into the frame.

Autosize width:

The option is set to resize the element to make room for its complete text. Otherwise, the text is larger than the element size then text will be clipped off.

Autostretch height:

The option is set to make room for elements having multiple lines. For example, a memo fields will be stretch to make room for all lines.
